Title almost always begins with [Hiring] or [For Hire]. Write in first person, short–medium length (concise pitch or job description), include rate/pay, location/timezone, scope and application method; professional, clear formatting and an external link/portfolio are common. Posts that are explicit job listings or clear freelancer pitches get traction.
