The written rules take no clear position, which is NOT permission: unclear communities enforce norms through removals instead of rulebooks. Sort by top, study which builder posts survived and how they were framed, and when in doubt ask the mods.

Dominant post formats: discussion, story, question
Punchy, often first-person headlines (vent/reflect/ask) that promise a real experience or strong opinion; posts are medium-length personal write-ups or detailed questions with images/screenshots. Tone: candid, practical, occasionally frustrated or humorous. Upvoted: honest experiences, detailed lessons, concrete takeaways, good screenshots/examples. Removed: personal job-search/vent threads posted outside the stickied weekly job threads.
