Headline: short, classroom-focused question or take-away (e.g., “How do you handle X with 8th graders?”). Write in first person when sharing classroom experiences; use a clear, practical lead and give concrete examples or steps. Typical length: short-to-medium (a paragraph to a few hundred words). Tone: professional, pragmatic, collegial — helpful tips, lesson ideas, or real problems get upvoted. Do not post product pitches or link to your site; use a self-post and include any external blog link only as a non-promotional footer if absolutely necessary. Flair your post.
