Headline: concise clinical topic or controversy. Write as a medical professional (first or third person), 1–3 short paragraphs with clinical detail, references or literature links if relevant. Tone: professional, collegial, occasionally dark-humor. Upvoted: operative pearls, debate, news/advances, resident anecdotes. Removed: personal patient questions, marketing/clinic ads, identifiable case details.
