Write in first person for experiences; keep title concise (5–12 words) and body a paragraph or two with role, years, tools, and a clear ask. Tone: professional, candid, helpful. Upvotes go to specific, actionable questions or detailed experience posts; low-effort/opinionless posts and obvious ads get ignored or removed.
