Headline = short, location-first (street/landmark) + issue; write in first person or direct neighborhood voice. Posts are short-to-medium (one paragraph to a few), factual, include time/location/photos, and a clear call to action (ask for help/info). Tone: neighborly, urgent for safety items, helpful for lost/found and recommendations. Local, timely reports and useful specifics get upvoted; vague posts without location/details perform poorly.
