Headline: start with 'Question:' or a short 'Story:' plus role/location. Write in first person for anecdotes and include concrete details (shift type, equipment, policies). Typical length: short-to-medium (one to a few paragraphs). Tone: professional, respectful, pragmatic. Upvoted: clear operational questions, experienced-based advice, helpful how-tos. Removed: ads/recruiting, insults, OPSEC-breaching content.
