Headline often: “Age/Gender - Role/Location - Salary” or concise news/data title. Write in first person for personal posts (short-to-medium length, a few paragraphs). Tone: candid, factual, sometimes self-deprecating or emotional. Upvotes reward clear numbers, salary progression, unusual/high-interest roles or local pay data; harassment of occupations will get removed.
