Write a clear, descriptive headline and use first-person for anecdotes or operator perspectives. Typical posts are short-to-medium (a few paragraphs) or longer industry posts (200–800 words). Tone: candid, practical, sometimes venting; upvoted: real experiences, specific problems, helpful advice; removed: anything that reads like a sales pitch or solicitation.
