Headline = concise research-focused question or experience (e.g., 'How do you handle X?' or 'Our lab's approach to Y'). Write in first-person or neutral third; body ~100–300 words; professional, collegial tone with concrete methods, data, or actionable tips. Upvoted: clear questions, practical guides, thoughtful anecdotes. Removed: surveys/requests for participants and obvious recruitment/unsolicited ads.
