Use a short, clear headline (personal anecdote or open question). Write in first person for stories, neutral/curious for questions; posts are usually 150–400 words. Tone: candid, constructive, occasionally snarky. What gets upvoted: real remote-work experiences, practical tips, timely news or research; what gets removed or downvoted: direct blog/product pitches or overt self-promotion.
