Headline: direct and case-specific (e.g., “Nightmare seller rejected offer — thoughts?”). Write in first person with concrete local details and outcomes. Length: short-to-medium (a few short paragraphs). Tone: professional, candid, sometimes venting; practical questions and lessons work best. Upvoted: real-agent anecdotes, market/transaction questions, how-to/tips. Removed: any promotion, product/service links, recruitment, surveys, or solicitation.
