Dominant post formats: discussion, question, data
Headline = a concise, specific question or strong take (e.g., “Are PMs losing their flow state?”). Write in first person, 2–6 short paragraphs (roughly 200–600 words). Tone: professional, reflective, practical; back claims with experience or data. What wins: thoughtful questions, nuanced opinions, concrete career or process advice, job-market reports. What gets removed: self-promo, low-effort memes, “how to get started” posts.
