Body: 2–5 short paragraphs (100–400 words) with concrete context, examples, and actionable steps. Tone: earnest, helpful, non-judgmental. What wins: relatable details, specific problems, genuine requests for advice. Avoid listicles, promotional language, link-only posts, or AI-generated text.
