Title: concise, clinical (e.g., “Clinical pearls for shoulder impingement rehab — evidence & technique”). Use first-person professional voice when describing experience, include citations, moderate-length body (200–800 words). Tone: evidence-based, collegial, non-prescriptive. Upvoted: case discussions, technique breakdowns, literature summaries, practice tips that avoid giving direct treatment prescriptions to laypeople. Removed: product pitches, exercise prescriptions, diagnoses for non-verified users.
