Use first person for personal experiences/bench reports and neutral third person for summaries. Typical post: short title + 150–400 word body with de-identified details and sources. Tone: professional, evidence-based, pragmatic. Upvoted: workflow tips, regulatory/news updates, well-framed clinical/pharmacy questions. Removed: requests for personal medical/prescription advice, surveys/research solicitations, memes, or posts facilitating illicit drug use.
