Dominant post formats: discussion, question, showcase
Headlines are direct (questions or short statements like “Rate for a 1hr session?” or “Turned my garage into a studio!”). Write in first person for experiences/AMAs; posts are short-to-medium (a few paragraphs). Tone: professional-casual, candid, peer-to-peer. Upvoted: real trainer experiences, practical tips, career/client stories, thoughtful questions. Removed: service solicitations, off-topic public workout/medical requests from non-trainers.
