Headline: short situation + child's age (e.g., “Need advice: 4yo won’t sleep”). Use first person, give concrete context (ages, routines, what you've tried). Typical length: short-to-medium (one paragraph to a few). Tone: empathetic, nonjudgmental, practical. Posts asking clear questions or sharing relatable, detailed stories get upvoted; hateful, doxxing, or aggressive content is removed.
