Posts typically short-to-medium (150–400 words) with links to peer‑reviewed papers or reputable news. Tone: professional, clinical, non-promotional. Upvoted: study summaries, guideline discussion, thoughtful clinical questions; removed: medical-advice requests and any advertising/promotional posts.
