Post short-to-medium, first-person clinical anecdotes or vents (headline + 1–3 paragraphs) often with a photo; tone is candid, sometimes salty, supportive or humorous. Top posts are relatable patient stories, workplace rants, day-in-the-life posts, and image-based “you won’t believe this” content. Avoid medical-advice questions, patient identifiers, and any promo/ads.
