Headline: short, descriptive question or one-line situation (e.g., “Burnout — advice?”). Write in first person, concise (a few paragraphs, ~100–400 words). Tone: professional, empathetic, practical. Posts that share personal experiences or ask for/offer concrete nursing advice and experiences get upvoted; promotional language, links to products/YouTube/Instagram, and requests for medical diagnosis get removed without prior mod approval.
