Use a short, descriptive title (often a direct question or brief issue notice). Post in first person or as a short community question; body length is usually a few paragraphs or less, with screenshots/links when relevant. Tone: factual, practical, collegial. Posts that get traction: timely outage/tool reports, concrete troubleshooting questions, and hiring/process Q&A; avoid off-topic promotion or blatant ads.
