Dominant post formats: discussion, question, story
Headline: short, factual (eg. “Been dismissed by GP – seeking advice”); avoid editorialising. Write in first person for experiences or as a clear question for advice; keep posts concise (a few short paragraphs). Tone: civil, constructive, occasionally frustrated. Upvoted: clear patient/staff experiences, practical questions, policy/news discussion, AMAs. Removed: self-promotion, medical questions seeking diagnoses, insults, off-topic politics.
