Write in first person, ~100–400 words; include device, settings/protocol, concrete results and any audio/video links; cite sources if applicable and warn about photosensitive epilepsy. Tone: curious and evidence-minded; posts that share clear experiences or useful resources get upvoted—avoid overtly salesy language.
