Short headline: concise question or 'How I...' case study. Write in first person for experience posts, third person OK for guides. Keep posts 150–800 words; questions can be <200 words. Tone: technical, pragmatic, evidence-backed. Upvoted: concrete production lessons, configs, metrics; removed: low-effort, vague or clearly promotional posts.
