Headline: short, practical (e.g., “Help: shipping claim” or “Selling tip: price comps”). Write in first person or community voice, concise (brief post + images/screenshots). Tone: helpful, positive, solution-focused. Include censored screenshots/usernames. What gets upvoted: useful tips, clear guides, successful flips or deal finds. Removed: promo posts, uncensored screenshots, negativity/complaints-only threads.
