Dominant post formats: question, discussion, news
Headline: clear question or news-style statement (e.g., “How does XYZ affect Medicare Part B?”). Write in first-person when asking about personal situations, third-person for general news. Keep posts concise to moderate length, factual and sourced. Helpful, experience-based answers and policy/news updates get upvoted; any solicitation, sales pitch, or ‘PM me for a quote’ is removed.
