Title: concise role + issue (e.g., “Ortho rep — career advice”). Write in first person for experiences/questions. Keep posts short-to-medium (one paragraph to a few hundred words). Tone: professional, candid, practical. What wins: actionable advice, honest experiences, specific questions. What gets removed/downvoted: overt product pitches, sales posts, paid survey solicitations, or top-level job solicitations.
