Use short, first-person headlines (e.g., “I passed!”, “I got fired today”) and a brief personal post (a few short paragraphs). Tone: candid, venting, supportive, or seeking career/help advice. Top posts are personal milestones, workplace stories, or questions about jobs and training — not long guides or ads. Avoid asking for medical advice and never post PHI.
