Headline usually names the company or starts with “Laid off…”; use first‑person for personal stories and source headlines/links for news. Posts are short news links or mid‑length vent/advice writeups (a few hundred words). Tone: blunt, factual and often emotional. Upvotes: timely layoff news, authentic personal experiences, practical advice/resources and local support. Removed: promotional posts (apps/sites/newsletters/social accounts), off‑topic politics, or abusive content.
