Dominant post formats: question, guide, discussion
Use a specific, descriptive title and write in first person (short paragraphs). Typical posts are mid-length (200–600 words) asking for resume, interview, or career-path advice; include role, years, location/salary range, and constraints. Tone: professional, civil, practical. Upvoted: clear, actionable questions or helpful how-to guidance; Removed: job ads, recruiter pitches, service links, surveys, or vague “help me” posts.
