Dominant post formats: discussion, question, guide
Headline: short and specific (e.g., “Career advice: moving from sysadmin to SRE”). Use first-person for personal experience; posts are medium-length and professional. Show you’re in the industry and that you’ve researched before asking career/certification questions. Upvoted: thoughtful, experience-based discussion and practical guides. Removed: technical-support requests, low-effort posts, or anything resembling advertising/blogspam.
