Use a first-person, punchy headline (e.g., “I made…”, “Working on…”, “Added…”). Short post with 1–4 images/GIFs or an embedded video and a concise dev-commentary asking for feedback (roughly 100–300 words). Tone: enthusiastic, transparent, craft/process-focused. What wins: original devlogs, gifs, gameplay showcases, thoughtful questions. What gets removed: store pages/direct downloads, reposts, memes, asset-flips, or thin promo-only links.
