Headline: clear problem + org context (e.g., “HRBP, 200-employee retail chain — need feedback on PTO audit”). Write in first person, professional, 200–600 words. Neutral, evidence- or experience-based tone. Upvoted: concrete policy examples, lessons learned, citations. Removed: career/entry-level questions, generic recruitment posts, blatant ads or surveys without prior mod OK.
