Headline: concise question or news (eg “Epic analyst pay: worth the cut?”). Write in first person for experience/questions; 150–500 words, short paragraphs. Tone: professional, peer-to-peer, pragmatic. Back factual claims with in-text links. Posts that share concrete problems, salaries, vendor reviews, or ask for career advice get upvoted; anything salesy or promotional is poorly received.
