Write in first person, short-to-medium posts (a few short paragraphs) with concrete details, screenshots or metrics when relevant. Tone = pragmatic, experience-focused; posts that share real results, tools, case studies, hiring/offers, or helpful how-tos get upvoted; blatant low-effort affiliate pitches or spam get buried.
