Post as a first-person patient or practitioner (if disclosing credentials carefully) with a clear, specific headline and a longish body describing symptoms, timelines, tests, or clinic-operational questions; ask open questions or share experiences. Tone: respectful, cautious, evidence-minded. What gets upvoted: detailed personal journeys, thoughtful questions, and case-discussion; what gets removed: direct medical advice, referrals/ads, or soliciting DMs.
