Title: start with [FOR HIRE] or [HIRING] + short role (e.g. “[FOR HIRE] Full-Stack Dev”). Write in first person, 50–250 words, direct and professional. Include skills, rates or rate range, availability, location/remote, and portfolio/contact links. Concrete examples/portfolio and clear deliverables get upvoted; vague, copy-paste or spammy posts perform poorly or attract removal.
