Headline: concise career question or “How I moved from X→Y” story. Write in first person for experience posts; neutral/third-person OK for general guides. Keep posts focused and professional (short-to-medium length, ~150–500 words). Upvoted: specific, actionable advice, clear paths, real examples; Removed: overt self-promotion, blog advertising, job ads, low-effort/uncited claims.
