Dominant post formats: discussion, question, guide
Headline: direct, problem-focused (e.g., “How do you handle senior leaders who…?”) Use first-person or neutral third-person case descriptions. Keep posts professional and concise (short–medium length, ~150–800 words). Tone: evidence-based, reflective, practical. Upvoted content: specific coaching questions, detailed case studies, frameworks, and actionable advice. Removed/downvoted: salesy language, promos, obvious self-marketing, blog-post links or solicitations.
