Headline: short, blunt, first‑person confession or question (e.g., “My dad is dead”, “Anybody else experience this?”). Body: personal narrative, often medium–long and emotionally raw. Tone: candid, informal, sometimes angry or wry; posts that vulnerably describe boundaries/abuse or ask for validation get upvoted. Avoid sales/ads and overt self-promotion (rules not shown).
