Write in first person for help requests; include clear background, methods/data, and one or two concrete questions. Typical length: substantive (several paragraphs), not one-liners. Tone: professional, evidence-based, skeptical. Posts that get upvoted: data or paper links, clear methodological questions, helpful visualizations. Removed: vague, unverifiable, low-effort, or medical-advice posts.
