First person ok for case studies/experience; objective third-person for guides/news. Upvoted: vendor-agnostic lessons, real metrics, reproducible how-tos, industry news. Removed/downvoted: blatant marketing, product pitches, surveys without value, or vague 'buy my tool' posts.
