Use a concise, personal headline (e.g., “My Mom almost got scammed”); write in first person, short-to-medium posts (a few paragraphs) with an empathetic, practical tone. Ask specific questions or share relatable experiences/updates. Helpful, non-promotional advice and venting get upvoted; posts that advertise or name/link companies get removed.
