Headline: concise, specific — include ticker, timeframe, strategy, and result (e.g., “$AAPL 5m scalping, +2.3% — charts & notes”). Post in first person when sharing trades or mistakes; include charts, timestamps, entry/exit, position size, risk/reward and brief lessons. Typical length: short-to-mid (200–800 words). Tone: technical, humble, evidence-focused. Promotional language or product plugs get removed.
