Dominant post formats: story, discussion, question
Short, first-person customer-service anecdotes (positive shoutouts or negative rants). Headline states company/issue and outcome. Posts are a few short paragraphs with concrete details; civil tone, specific examples, and optional screenshots (no PII) do well. Overt ads, solicitations, survey requests, coupon offers, or product pitches get removed.
