Titre: résumé bref du problème + demande d’aide (ex: « Je, 28 ans, en couple, besoin de conseils pour… »). Écrire à la première personne, contexte précis, actions déjà tentées, question claire. Longueur: 150–400 mots. Ton: honnête, respectueux, non sensationnaliste. Upvoté: récits vulnérables et questions concrètes; retiré: hors-sujet ou demandes pour trouver/rencontrer un partenaire (hookups).
