Dominant post formats: discussion, question, news
Headline: role/location + topic (e.g., “Care assistant, London — rota advice?”). Use first person for experiences/questions; third person for news. Keep posts short — one or two concise paragraphs and a clear question or request. Tone: practical, professional and supportive. What gets upvoted: personal experiences, concrete advice requests, UK-specific news/guidance. Overt or salesy posts are risky — check with mods first.
