Write in first person with an immediate, heartbreaking or honest headline (e.g., “I’m exhausted caring for Mom”), 200–800 words, raw and specific about caregiving details, asking for support or advice; compassionate, vulnerable tone gets upvoted—promotional or recruitment language will be removed. Keep it text-only, no external links unless cleared by mods or posted in the weekly research thread.
