Headline: one-line personal situation + clear question (e.g., “Should I leave my job for X?”). Write in first person. Body: 150–500 words with timeline, role/title, skills, salary/location, what outcome you want. Tone: neutral, concise, seeking help. Posts with specific details and concrete questions get upvoted; vague or clearly promotional posts are downvoted/removed.
